Unitree B1 Review Summary
The B1 was Unitree's first industrial-grade quadruped and is the predecessor of the B2. Its main features are sealing to IP68, a 20 kg walking load and a large expansion board for payloads: seven Gigabit Ethernet ports and RS485, USB and CAN interfaces, with up to three Xavier NX computers. It walks for two hours on a 932 Wh battery.
Pros
IP68
20 kg walking load
Rich expansion interfaces
Five depth cameras
Cons
2 hours of walking
Superseded by the B2
Who It Is For
It fits users who need a sealed legged platform for payload integration; new projects should compare the B2.
