LMI Gocator 2100 Review Summary
The 2100 series is the low-cost way into the Gocator family. It has the same all-in-one design as the more expensive lines, with scanning, measurement and pass or fail output inside the sensor, the same browser setup and the same Universal Robots certification. What it gives up is resolution: 640 points per profile against 1280 on the 2300 series. LMI positions it for inline inspection where the highest resolution is not needed.
Pros
Entry-level cost position in the range
Measurement inside the sensor
Seven models up to 1260 mm field of view
Universal Robots+ certified
Same geometry as the 2300 series
Cons
Only 640 points per profile
Who It Is For
The series fits manufacturers who need basic 3D checks, such as height, width and presence, on many stations at moderate cost.
