Yaskawa MotoPick Overview
Yaskawa MotoPick is a software package for building high-speed vision-guided picking applications with up to ten robots and eleven conveyors, picking product from a moving conveyor and placing it in organized trays or boxes.
MotoPick synchronizes vision-equipped robots, distributes product by pattern and balances load between robots, and controls conveyor speed so infeed and outfeed stay matched. A dedicated robot interface board replaces three breakout boards per robot and adds camera and encoder connections.
