The OMT550 measures from 100 to 550 mm with 0.1 mm resolution using Multi Pixel Technology, in a 37 g housing just 15 mm wide. It reports distance over IO-Link and also switches two push-pull outputs, with a 2 ms response. A teach button and five-position rotary switch allow setup without software. It is sealed to IP67, IP69 and IP69K for washdown, though it operates from 10 °C up. Linearity error is 0.75% and repeat accuracy within 1%. Pepperl+Fuchs lists it at $390.
