FANUC iRVision 2D Overview
FANUC iRVision 2D is a robot vision system built into the FANUC robot controller. It finds parts and determines their position and orientation, which reduces the need for precise positioning fixtures in material handling, palletizing, depalletizing and inspection. The 2D camera delivers 1280 x 1024 px grayscale or 640 x 512 px color images, takes 8, 12, 16 or 25 mm lenses and is available with integrated red or white LED lighting. Setup is done on the controller or teach pendant, with no external PC required.
