Universal Robots UR10e Review Summary
The UR10e is the long-reach model of the original Universal Robots e-Series line-up, with a 12.5 kg payload and a 1300 mm reach. It is no longer part of the current Universal Robots range, where its place is taken by the UR12e, but it is still widely installed for palletizing, machine tending and packaging. It is listed from USD 44,600.
Pros
12.5 kg payload with a 1300 mm reach
33.5 kg arm weight
Built-in force/torque sensor
17 configurable safety functions
UR+ ecosystem of certified accessories
Cons
No longer in the current Universal Robots range; succeeded by the UR12e
IP54 rather than a washdown rating
Starting price of USD 44,600 is several times that of the FAIRINO FR10
Who It Is For
The UR10e fits plants standardised on UR cobots that need a matching long-reach arm or a replacement for an installed cell. For a new project, compare it with its successor, the UR12e, and with lower-cost alternatives such as the FAIRINO FR10.
