SICK PIM60 Overview
The SICK Inspector PIM60 is a configurable 2D vision sensor with a 640 x 480 px monochrome CMOS imager that runs at 40 fps and up to 200 fps. In robot cells it inspects parts for presence, completeness and dimensions and returns 2D part positions for pick and place tasks. With its integrated white ring light it works at distances from 50 mm to 200 mm and covers fields of view from 22 x 15 mm to 79 x 58 mm. The aluminum housing measures 100 x 53 x 38 mm, weighs 350 g and is rated IP67. It runs on 24 V DC and communicates via Ethernet TCP/IP and EtherNet/IP.
