SICK InspectorP61x Overview

The SICK InspectorP61x is a miniature programmable 2D vision sensor with a 1.2 MP monochrome global-shutter CMOS imager (1,280 x 960 px) and a frame rate of up to 40 Hz. In robot cells it is mounted on the arm or close to the gripper for presence, completeness and quality inspection and for part position checks in tight spaces. With its integrated illumination it works at distances from 50 mm to 300 mm, and external lighting extends this range. The zinc die-cast housing measures 50 x 40.3 x 29.6 mm, weighs 165 g and is rated IP54. It runs on 12 to 24 V DC and communicates via Ethernet TCP/IP, EtherNet/IP, PROFINET and RS-232.
