SICK InspectorP62x Overview

The SICK InspectorP62x is a compact programmable 2D vision sensor with a 1.3 MP monochrome global-shutter CMOS imager (1,280 x 1,024 px) and a frame rate of up to 50 Hz. In robot cells it handles part inspection, position checks and code or feature detection, either fixed above the work area or carried on the arm. The 17.1 mm lens has electrically adjustable focus and covers working distances from 300 mm to 1,500 mm, with red and blue LED illumination and a laser alignment aid built in. The housing measures 71 x 43 x 35.6 mm, weighs 170 g and is rated IP65. It runs on 12 to 24 V DC and communicates via Ethernet TCP/IP, EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, CAN and RS-232/RS-422.
