RoboDK Robot Calibration identifies the real kinematic parameters of an industrial robot and improves its accuracy by about ten times, so offline-programmed paths run as planned.
Calibration takes under 20 minutes with fully automatic measurement generation, acquisition and collision avoidance. It works with any measurement system, models up to 30 parameters, supports most robot brands and also runs ISO 9283 performance and ballbar tests.
