PI P-603 PiezoMove Amplified Linear Actuators
PI P-603 PiezoMove uses a piezo stack and flexure amplification for short-range linear positioning. Current manufacturer listings include 100, 300 and 500 µm configurations and selected strain-gauge feedback arrangements. The flexure-guided design is a different motion architecture from a motor-and-screw stage and needs an appropriate piezo amplifier.
