OMRON VMI Verification Monitoring Interface Overview
VMI is an AutoVISION plug-in from OMRON for inline 1D barcode verification, grading codes in real time and trending print quality during production.
Pass/fail tolerances and trend alarms can trigger an output to stop the line, and it flags likely print head clogs so purging is done only when needed. It saves ISO 15416 reports, logs images and CSV data and offers four password-protected access levels.
