Omron LD-60 Overview
The Omron LD-60 is a compact autonomous mobile robot with a maximum payload of 60 kg and a top speed of 1.8 m/s. It builds its own map and navigates without floor magnets, tape or beacons, avoiding people and obstacles with a safety scanning laser, rear sonar and bumpers. The 62 kg platform runs for about 15 hours without payload and 12 hours at full payload, and recharges from 20% to 80% in 2 hours 10 minutes. It is used for light material transport such as tote and parts delivery in manufacturing, electronics, warehousing and healthcare, including ISO 5 cleanrooms.
