The SOLI-XK2 handles mixed streams of boxes and large nylon bags full of polybags and packets, and turns them into single file with over 99% singulation and gapping accuracy. Fives removed half the rollers of the previous design and added low-friction composite glide plates, which run quieter and shed less debris onto drives. Non-conforming parcels recirculate until singulated, and the patented PowerFill system turns existing collection conveyors into a buffer that feeds only what downstream can handle.
