Allient Megaflux Frameless Torque Motors

Allient Megaflux is a frameless brushless torque-motor family supplied as matched rotor and stator components for integration into an OEM axis. The listed portfolio spans 60–792 mm outside diameters and multiple stack lengths. Large central apertures allow the surrounding machine to route services through the axis.
Key Specifications
Specification | Details |
Construction | Matched frameless rotor and stator |
Listed outside diameters | 60–792 mm |
Portfolio structure | Twelve frame diameters with five stack-height choices described |
Continuous stall-torque span | 0.3–2,020 N.m across listed configurations |

Winding classes | 48, 150 and 300 VDC designs in the listing |
Engineering Assessment
Well suited to an OEM direct-drive architecture that can provide its own bearings, encoder, thermal path and mechanical retention. Megaflux removes a separate transmission stage from the architecture, but the motor kit is not a complete supported rotary actuator.
Applications
Robot joints, semiconductor machinery, machine-tool spindle axes and stabilized telescope or antenna platforms.
