Allient EPS Electric Steering Systems
Allient EPS combines a steering motor, gearbox and controller, with an optional output pinion. Three frame sizes and 16 listed models cover material-transport steering duties. Standard battery classes include 24, 36 and 48 VDC, with higher-voltage options available for selected configurations.

Engineering Assessment
A relevant integrated steering assembly for AGVs and industrial trucks when the required steering torque, vehicle geometry and control architecture are defined. Its optional turning-wheel absolute-position function is a steering-position feature, not a replacement for a complete vehicle safety design.
