senswork ZScan 3D Measuring System Overview
ZScan is senswork's inline optical 3D measuring system that combines up to eight laser scanners to capture more than 20 million points per scan and compare parts against CAD.
Three sizes cover scan volumes up to 6,000 x 1,000 x 1,000 mm with Z resolution from 23 to 87 µm. It aligns parts by RPS, 3-2-1 or BestFit, outputs OK/NOK and false-colour deviation maps, and can send correction values to upstream or downstream machines.
