The senswork Virtual Connector Gauge replaces mechanical plug gauges with a camera system that builds a virtual image of a PCB or socket and checks whether every pin would fit its mating connector.
Evaluation takes about 20 ms per part. Because it measures without contact, there is no gauge wear, and it catches bent, misaligned, missing or broken pins that a mechanical gauge can miss. It works with all connector types, and senswork offers a free feasibility study.
