EVT PinCheck Overview
PinCheck is EVT's hardware-independent 3D inspection bundle for connector pins, measuring pin height, width, tilt and position and detecting bent, missing or misaligned pins down to 0.01 mm.
It adapts automatically to any pitch and layout, from micro to high-density THT, SMT and hybrid connectors, and runs inline or offline. PinCheck Pro ships as a plug-and-inspect set with computing unit, 3D camera and configured software.
