EVT EyeScan AT 3D Overview
EyeScan AT 3D is EVT's 3D laser triangulation sensor, capturing 2,048 points per profile at 25,000 profiles per second and building a 3D image as the part passes beneath, evaluated in EyeVision software.
A single scan with dedicated EyeVision commands measures connector pins: wobble circle for pin stagger, embedment depth and tip height and x, y, z position, flagging bent, sunken or protruding pins. The same setup measures other small parts.
