DS Automotion AMADEUS Review Summary
AMADEUS is DS Automotion's versatile pallet AGV, offered in nine versions. Mono and duplex classic models carry 1.5 to 2 t with 1,200 to 2,800 mm lift; wide versions take pallets crosswise; the low model picks two pallets at once for order picking; counter versions are counterbalanced; rack moves server cabinets up to 2.2 t; and grip clamps insulation blocks. Speeds reach 1.8 m/s, navigation is SLAM or laser with optional magnetic spots, and 360° scanners protect people. Software includes ARCOS on the vehicle and NAVIOS fleet control with a VDA 5050 interface.
