Review Summary
EXO merits evaluation when one of its sensor and interface combinations fits the required field, motion and integration environment. The useful decision is the exact camera package with optics and receiver. Family-wide maxima can describe different products, so a procurement specification should identify one coherent operating point rather than assemble an idealized camera from separate headline figures.
Integration and Selection
GigE, USB3 and Camera Link require different receiving hardware and commissioning arrangements. The current overview assigns burst memory to the GigE branch; that feature should not be transferred to every interface. Evaluate trigger behavior, receiver load and complete result latency for the chosen model. A buffer can support a burst without establishing indefinite sustained throughput.
