SIGMATEK S-DIAS Safety and LASAL SAFETYDesigner

SIGMATEK’s safety architecture combines S-DIAS safety controllers and I/O, supported drive functions and LASAL SAFETYDesigner. VARAN can carry ordinary and safety-related data using the documented black-channel approach. The product system supports configured machine safety functions; the presence of a shared bus or safety controller does not certify a completed machine.

Review Summary
Consider the system when a modular SIGMATEK machine needs a supported safety-control architecture and a maintainable safety project. Safety macros and hot-swap capabilities require deliberate configuration, validated grouping and controlled restoration. They are not permission to remove any module or bypass an E-stop during operation.
