SAB VFD XLPE Auto TR Continuous-Flex Cable

VFD XLPE Auto TR is SAB’s continuous-flex, shielded motor-supply cable in Series 3578. Its Class M tinned-copper conductors distinguish it from the Class K standard TR construction. SAB recommends Auto TR for cable tracks, while publishing a 12-times-outside-diameter minimum bending radius. Motion suitability must still be checked against the actual carrier and duty.

Applications and Industries
Supplying selected drive-controlled motors through a properly designed moving cable carrier in industrial machinery.
Industrial automation
Review Summary
Consider Auto TR when repeated cable-carrier movement is a real requirement of the motor route. Its value is a documented continuous-flex construction rather than a smaller bend envelope by default. The published information does not establish a universal cycle life, torsional robot-joint rating or approval for every carrier arrangement.
