Rockwell iTRAK 5750 Review Summary
The iTRAK 5750 is built for heavier products and harsher conditions than the small-frame 5730. Movers run at up to 5 m/s on a stainless steel rail, and one system handles up to 128 movers in 64 logical sections. Safety is built in: safe torque off and Safe Stop 1 to SIL 3, PLe, which lets operators work near the track without shutting the machine down. With its infield cover it reaches IP66. Motors come in 50 and 100 mm sizes and the track mounts horizontally, vertically or at 90 degrees.
