Integration and Selection

Evaluate the task with representative parts, images or measurements from the actual process. Include normal variation and difficult cases, then define what constitutes an acceptable result. Mounting, illumination, calibration and data quality can change the outcome, so keep these conditions consistent during the first evaluation.

Connect the result to the correct workpiece or process event and define the response to an invalid measurement or communication failure. Check acquisition timing, data formats and the supported host or controller. Retain example results and the final configuration to make later maintenance and troubleshooting easier.
