Megamat suits fast access to many small and medium items. Carriers rotate past an opening, carrying 180 kg (Megamat 180), 350 kg (350) or 650 kg (650), with total unit loads of 6,000, 12,500 or 19,000 kg. Units are up to 7.5 m tall on the 180 and about 10 m on the larger models. Light curtains on both sides of the opening and colour-coded imbalance monitoring protect operators and the machine, and web-based Total Intelligence Control runs in a browser without extra PCs. Carriers can hold shelves, dividers or drawers.
