GATE CDS Programmable Rotary Positioners: HTR and TCR

CDS programmable rotary positioners use servo-controlled input to provide flexible angular motion. The current catalog distinguishes HTR tables from TCR positioners and from fixed-index cam tables. Generic servo-turntable listings do not identify a complete ordering configuration, so the actual series, size, motor input and mechanical drawing must be established before assigning ratings.

Applications and Industries
Programmable rotary assembly, welding, packaging and process fixtures with an identified CDS servo-table configuration.
Industrial automation
Review Summary
Consider the programmable families when station angles or index timing must vary under servo control. HTR and TCR are different mechanisms and load envelopes. A source image or broad “heavy-duty” description is not sufficient evidence that two assembled turntables share the same model or capacity.
