Euresys Open eVision EasyOCR2 Overview
EasyOCR2 is the Open eVision library from Euresys for reading short industrial text such as part and serial numbers, lot codes and expiry dates.
It finds text automatically from expected character size and layout, handles 360° rotation, fragmented characters and uneven lighting, and learns fonts from TrueType files or sample images. A pre-trained deep learning classifier covers common industrial marking fonts.
