DESTACO DPS Bag Gripper Review Summary
DPS comes in three capacities. The 15 kg model handles bags up to 550 x 380 x 150 mm, the 30 kg up to 750 x 520 x 150 mm and the 50 kg up to 1,000 x 615 x 200 mm, with gripper weights of about 20.8, 27.4 and 35.9 kg. Tines come in four lengths, straight or bent 10°, and bag width adjusts by sliding the sides. An enclosed pneumatic toggle-lock clamp keeps bags held if air is lost, and open/closed sensing is integrated. DESTACO quotes up to 30 bags per minute. Stand-off kits mount it to robots with 100 to 200 mm bolt circles.
