The ATS SuperTrak HORIZON10 is an intelligent linear motor conveyance platform with independent shuttles carrying 10 kg, 154 mm pitch, ±0.01 mm repeatability, speeds up to 4 m/s, systems up to 64 m and 500 mm, 800 mm or 90° curves.

ATS SuperTrak HORIZON10 Review Summary
HORIZON10 carries up to 10 kg per shuttle at a 154 mm pitch, with the same ±0.01 mm repeatability and up to 4 m/s speed as the rest of the range. Systems run up to 64 m, and curve options of 500 mm, 800 mm or 90° give more layout freedom than the smaller HORIZON3. Independent shuttle control lets each product dwell at stations, queue or bypass, replacing indexing conveyors. It is clean room rated and configured with TrakMaster.
