Zivid 2+ MR130

The Zivid 2+ MR130 is a 3D colour camera for piece picking and bin picking, with a field of view of 79 x 66 cm at 130 cm, a spatial resolution of 320 µm and capture in 150 ms.

The MR130 is sized for the most common picking cell: a camera fixed above a robot looking into a 60 by 40 cm tote. At 130 cm it sees 79 by 66 cm with 320 µm between points, and it delivers a complete point cloud from a single shot in 150 ms, or 50 ms for parcels. That speed, with colour and trueness over 99.65%, is what warehouse picking of mixed and shiny items needs. Zivid says it performs best up to 160 cm and reaches 270 cm on easier objects.
