Shibaura Machine TV1000
The Shibaura Machine TV1000 is a six-axis articulated robot with a 1,000 mm arm and 1,090 mm reach, offered as the 5 kg TV1000 and the 10 kg TV1000H, weighing 47 kg.
The TV1000 comes in two flavours on the same 47 kg arm, which Shibaura calls one of the lightest in its class. The TV1000 is the fast one: 5 kg maximum payload, 9.61 m/s composite speed, a standard cycle of about 0.6 s and ±0.03 mm repeatability. The TV1000H trades speed for strength: 10 kg maximum, 7.46 m/s, about 0.9 s and ±0.04 mm. Both reach 1,090 mm and run on the TS3100 controller. Note that the maker's table heads both columns TV1000; the second is taken to be the TV1000H.
