Fives RotaryPartWash

The Fives RotaryPartWash is a rotary industrial parts washer for cylindrical powertrain parts, spinning each part under filtered aqueous spray at up to 17 bar in a 150 x 150 x 600 mm chamber, in single or dual chamber versions.
Crankshafts and camshafts have oil holes and cross drillings that trap chips. RotaryPartWash holds each part on a spindle and rotates it so every hole is repeatedly sprayed and drained, at up to 17 bar with highly filtered aqueous fluid, then dries it with high-pressure air in the same chamber. A gantry crane loads one part at a time from the top, and a dual-chamber version keeps running while one side is loaded. The chamber is 150 x 150 x 600 mm, and nozzles are serviceable from outside.
