Zimmer Group HRC-03
The Zimmer Group HRC-03 is an electric collaborative 2-jaw parallel gripper with a stroke of 10 mm per jaw and an adjustable gripping force of up to 190 N, limited to less than 140 N under ISO/TS 15066. It is designed for human-robot collaboration, with a BG/DGUV-certified design, workpiece detection across the entire stroke and a mechanical self-locking mechanism that holds the part during an emergency stop. Closing takes 0.19 s, and the repetition accuracy is ±0.05 mm. The gripper weighs 0.73 kg in the ISO TK 50 flange version and is rated IP40. It runs on 24 V and is controlled through IO-Link or digital I/O.
