Yaskawa Sigma Trac II Linear Motor Stages

Yaskawa Sigma Trac II Linear Motor Stages

Sigma Trac II is Yaskawa’s preassembled linear-motor stage concept, combining motor, feedback and cable management in a mechanically integrated axis. This is a different purchase scope from a bare linear motor. The selected stage size, travel, payload and compatible amplifier determine the useful machine axis.

Review Summary

Consider it when a documented assembled stage reduces component integration work. Verify process-point position, force, payload moments and thermal duty. Preassembly does not eliminate machine-base design, controller configuration or loaded acceptance.
