Vention MachineMotion AI is an automation controller with an NVIDIA Jetson GPU that drives up to 20 motors over EtherCAT, with 1.5 kW or 3 kW of motion output power and an IP54 enclosure.
MachineMotion AI replaces the usual mix of PLC, drives, vision PC and robot interface with one box. It drives up to 20 motors daisy-chained over EtherCAT with 1.5 kW of motion power, or 3 kW in the Pro variants, and an NVIDIA Jetson GPU inside runs vision applications. Vention states compatibility out of the box with robots from Universal Robots, FANUC and ABB. Programs are written without code or in Python in the cloud, tested on a digital twin and deployed with one click; updates arrive over Wi-Fi or LTE. The enclosure is IP54 and safety certified for the US, Canada and Europe.
