Vecna AFL Autonomous Forklift
The Vecna AFL is an autonomous forklift that carries up to 3,000 lb, lifts to 60 inches, travels at up to 6.7 mph in 9 ft aisles and charges wirelessly, in compliance with ANSI B56.5.
The AFL is built for horizontal pallet flows rather than high racking. It lifts up to 3,000 lb to 60 inches, enough for conveyors, wrappers and staging, and its right-angle stack is 15 ft 6 in. It is fast: 6.7 mph, maintained in 9 ft aisles. Navigation is route-free with obstacle avoidance and dynamic routing, and it scans pallet licence plates and updates the WMS. Wireless autonomous charging from a Delta Electronics pad serves several robots, and opportunistic charging supports 24/7 work. It complies with ANSI B56.5. Dimensions are on the spec sheet.
