RovoFlex automates split-case picking at up to 1,000 picks per hour. It measures each item's dimensions in real time, so no master data is needed, and machine learning shared across all robots in the warehouse improves picking over time. A hybrid design lets operators take over manual picking at the same station during peaks or for difficult items. The RovoFlex app shows statistics, KPIs and SKU information. TGW targets fashion, grocery, industrial and consumer goods.
