TGW Mustang Mini-Load AS/RS

The TGW Mustang mini-load AS/RS uses stacker cranes in two height classes, Mustang E+ (4 to 18 m) and Mustang R (14 to 25 m), with load handling devices carrying up to 100 kg in total and up to 50 kg per tote, and Twister, Combi Telescope or Spectra handlers for single to four-deep storage.
Two Mustang classes cover heights from 4 to 25 m: the E+ from 4 to 18 m and the R from 14 to 25 m. A bolted mast with conductor line keeps the crane rigid and quiet, a friction wheel drive saves energy, and a mobile maintenance platform reaches any aisle position without extra steelwork. Three load handlers suit different loads: Twister for single to four-deep storage with centring, Combi Telescope with CFRP tables for gap-free storage, and Spectra jaws for single-deep. Handlers carry up to 100 kg in total, and individual cartons, totes or trays up to 50 kg.
