Staubli Robotics TS2-40
The Stäubli TS2-40 is a 4-axis SCARA robot with a maximum payload of 8.4 kg, a reach of 460 mm and a repeatability of ±0.01 mm. It is the most compact TS2 model, used for fast, precise work in tight spaces such as electronics assembly, small parts handling and medical device production. The Z stroke is 200 mm, with 400 mm as an option, and the cycle time is 0.25 s (240 cycles per minute) with a 2 kg load. It can be mounted on the floor or ceiling, is protected up to IP65 and runs on the Stäubli CS9 SE or CS9 LP controller.
