Staubli Robotics TS2-100 HE
The Stäubli TS2-100 HE is a 4-axis SCARA robot with a maximum payload of 8.4 kg, a reach of 1000 mm and a repeatability of ±0.02 mm. It has the longest reach in the TS2 range and is used for large-area pick and place, high-speed assembly and packaging lines. The HE version is designed for humid environments such as food processing and parts cleaning. The Z stroke is 200 mm, with 400 mm as an option, and the cycle time is 0.35 s (170 cycles per minute) with a 2 kg load. It can be mounted on the floor or ceiling, is protected up to IP65 and runs on the Stäubli CS9 SE or CS9 LP controller.
