SIGMATEK S-DIAS Motion Modules and Integrated Control
SIGMATEK S-DIAS Motion Modules and Integrated Control
S-DIAS motion modules bring motor power stages into SIGMATEK’s compact DIN-rail control architecture. The DC series controls synchronous servo motors, SR modules address brushed DC motors, and ST modules address two-phase steppers or specified stepper-servo arrangements. The hardware and LASAL motion application must be selected as one supported control system.
Review Summary
Consider S-DIAS motion for machines already using compatible SIGMATEK controllers, networking and engineering tools. Similar module packaging does not establish identical motor, feedback, current or safety capability. The integrated architecture can simplify system engineering while making firmware and project compatibility important service requirements.
