SICK PLOC2D-631
The SICK PLOC2D-631S is a stand-alone 2D robot guidance sensor with a 1.3 MP imager (1,280 x 1,024 px) that locates parts by shape comparison with an accuracy of +/-0.5 px and +/-0.1 degrees. It finds the first part in under 0.5 s and each further part in under 100 ms, and sends the X and Y position and the rotation to the robot controller for pick and place tasks. It takes S-mount lenses with focal lengths from 9.6 mm to 25 mm and covers fields of view from about 100 x 80 mm to 1,200 x 960 mm. The housing measures 108 x 63 x 46 mm, weighs 430 g and is rated IP65 with the optics cover fitted. It runs on 12 to 24 V DC and communicates via TCP/IP, PROFINET and EtherNet/IP.
