SICK InspectorP64x
The SICK InspectorP64x is a programmable 2D vision sensor with a 1.7 MP CMOS imager (1,600 x 1,088 px) and a frame rate of 40 Hz. In robot cells it is used for part inspection, measurement and 2D part localization, typically mounted in a fixed position above the pick or assembly area. It takes C-mount lenses in 2/3 inch format, and illumination is added as an accessory. The housing measures 142 x 90 x 46 mm, weighs 635 g and is rated IP65. It runs on 24 V DC and communicates via Gigabit Ethernet, EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, CAN and RS-232/RS-422.
