Shibaura Machine TH650A
The Shibaura Machine TH650A is a high-speed four-axis SCARA robot with a 650 mm arm, 10 kg maximum payload, 0.31 s standard cycle time and ±0.01 mm repeatability.
The TH650A matches the THE600's 0.31 s standard cycle with a slightly longer 650 mm arm and a deeper 200 mm vertical stroke. It carries up to 10 kg, rated 2 kg, and repeats to ±0.01 mm in X-Y and Z and ±0.004° on the rotary axis. At 52 kg it is heavier than the newer THE600, and it runs on the TS3100 controller. Options include cleanroom, IP65 and ceiling mount versions.
