Shibaura Machine TH1200A
The Shibaura Machine TH1200A is a large high-speed four-axis SCARA robot with a 1,200 mm arm, 20 kg maximum payload, 0.57 s standard cycle time and ±0.03 mm repeatability.
The TH1200A is the heavy-duty alternative to the lightweight THL1200. Both reach 1,200 mm, but the TH1200A carries up to 20 kg instead of 10, repeats to ±0.03 mm instead of ±0.05 mm and moves faster, at 7.9 m/s composite and a 0.57 s cycle. The cost is mass and power: 83 kg and 4.4 kVA, against 40 kg and 1.4 kVA. Vertical stroke is 200 mm.
