SCHUNK SWS-011
The SCHUNK SWS-011 is a pneumatically locked quick-change system for robot tools with a maximum handling weight of 16 kg and a locking force of 1100 N. It is designed for automatic tool changes on small and medium-sized robots and consists of a quick-change head on the robot and a quick-change adapter on the tool. Six M5 pneumatic feed-throughs supply the tool, and the coupling repeats to 0.015 mm. The quick-change head weighs 0.13 kg, withstands static moments of 61 Nm in Mx and My and 38 Nm in Mz, and runs on compressed air at 4.5 bar to 6.9 bar.
