SCHUNK EGP 50
The SCHUNK EGP 50 is an electric 2-finger parallel gripper for small components with a stroke of 8 mm per jaw, a gripping force of 54 N to 215 N and a recommended workpiece weight of 1.05 kg. It is designed for pick-and-place of small parts in assembly and electronics handling. A brushless DC servomotor drives the jaws, which close in 0.21 s, and the control electronics are integrated in the housing. The gripper weighs 0.51 kg, has protection class IP30, grips with a repeat accuracy of 0.02 mm and is controlled through digital I/O.
