SCHUNK EGP 25
The SCHUNK EGP 25 is an electric 2-finger parallel gripper for small components with a stroke of 3 mm per jaw, a gripping force of 20 N to 40 N and a recommended workpiece weight of 0.2 kg. It is designed for fast pick-and-place of small parts in assembly and electronics handling, and a speed version with 12 N gripping force closes in 0.03 s instead of 0.09 s. A brushless DC servomotor drives the jaws and the control electronics are integrated in the housing. The gripper weighs 0.11 kg, has protection class IP30, grips with a repeat accuracy of 0.02 mm and is controlled through digital I/O.
